Load link previews off-screen to reduce timeline jumps on load
Due to how Mastodon works off-screen posts can't be processed to generate link previews until they're in the viewport. Extend the viewport to generate and cache link previews so the timeline doens't jump when they're expanded.

Specify theme on remote/logged out instances
Mastodon instances default to the dark theme. I want to be able to override that for remote instances and see the light theme. Currently this requires an account on each instance which is impractical. There is a 4 year old unresolved issue to fix this: https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/issues/10976
